Recruiting Coordinator

About This Role

This fully on-site role supports the Talent team by owning the logistics, coordination, and candidate experience across the hiring process. It is critical to the company's ability to scale, ensuring candidates move quickly, interviews run seamlessly, and every interaction reflects the high bar set for the team. The ideal candidate is energized by ambiguity, excited to build from the ground up, and quick to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews across multiple teams and time zones with speed and accuracy
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, attention to detail, and confident onsite hosting
• Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows in the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
• Coordinate candidate travel (flights, hotels, transportation) and support expense reconciliation
• Improve recruiting operations through process enhancements and special projects
• Build strong, professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams across the business to keep the hiring process moving

Requirements

• Experience managing complex calendars and using tools such as Outlook and Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset
• High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Based in or willing to relocate to Torrance, CA
• Legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (green card holder)

Nice to have:

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or HR coordination
• Experience using Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience improving or streamlining recruiting or operational processes
