Recruiting Coordinator

About This Role

This role involves coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and supporting various recruiting activities to ensure a smooth hiring process. It suits an organized individual who can provide a best-in-class experience for candidates and assist recruiters and hiring teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate phone, virtual, and onsite interviews across multiple calendars, locations, and time zones
• Communicate interview details, scheduling updates, and next steps to candidates and hiring teams in a timely and professional manner
• Support job posting activities and help ensure requisition and candidate information is accurate and up to date in the applicant tracking system
• Assist recruiters with candidate correspondence, offer documentation, interview materials, and other recruiting-related activities
• Support pre-employment processes in partnership with internal teams and external vendors
• Monitor recruiting activities and follow up on outstanding items to help keep candidates moving through the hiring process
• Maintain accurate and confidential recruiting records, reports, and documentation
• Provide a welcoming and best-in-class experience for candidates throughout the interview and hiring process
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, Human Resources, and other teams to resolve scheduling or process-related questions
• Support recruiting events, hiring initiatives, and Talent Acquisition projects as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve coordination processes, communication, and the overall candidate experience

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, Human Resources, administrative support, or a related role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to provide responsive and professional support to candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice to have:

• Experience with an applicant tracking system or scheduling platform
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
