About This Role

Working as a Recruiter, you will partner with management to identify, recruit, and qualify top talent for Oracle on a national basis. This role involves developing and implementing recruitment programs and strategies, and managing the full recruiting life cycle for assigned lines of business.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and qualify potential candidates for hiring initiatives
• Assist in the development and execution of recruiting strategy, including creative approaches
• Participate in the candidate selection process
• Plan and execute recruitment events
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with candidates
• Develop a recruiting strategy with Oracle’s Lines of Business to ensure quality hires within budget
• Manage the full recruiting life cycle within assigned Oracle’s Lines of Business
• Serve as a technical specialist in sourcing, recruiting, and identifying qualified applicants for highly specialized and difficult-to-attract positions
• Implement recruiting plans with a diversity lens
• Plan, execute and manage interviews for candidates/managers
• Lead the development of collateral material for recruitment initiatives
• May train and mentor other team members
• Have project lead role
• May perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
