Responsibilities
- Source healthcare professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- Conduct screening interviews to assess qualifications, experience, availability, and career goals
- Recruit for clinical and nonclinical positions across a variety of healthcare settings
- Present qualified candidates for open positions and coordinate interviews
- Prepare candidates for interviews and communicate feedback, hiring updates, and next steps
- Partner with account managers and hiring teams to understand staffing needs and position requirements
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system
- Support offer discussions, onboarding coordination, and candidate follow-up
- Meet recruiting activity and placement goals while providing a positive candidate experience
Requirements
- Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred; healthcare recruiting experience is a plus
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize competing deadlines
- Comfortable conducting consistent phone, email, and online outreach
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and interest in a performance-driven career
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Indeed preferred
