Madison Davis is looking to bring on driven individuals early in their careers who want to build a long-term, high-earning career in recruiting and sales. No prior staffing experience is required.

This role offers a hands-on training program designed to teach you how to recruit, build relationships, and develop a book of business within Accounting & Finance, or Tech .
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with clients to help them hire top Tech talent
- Sourcing and engaging candidates through various channels
- Managing the interview process from start to finish
- Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Learning how to drive deals and generate revenue
