Responsibilities and more:
We're hiring a Recruiter to work active client accounts — sourcing candidates and managing the recruitment workflow end to end.
Responsibilities:

Source candidates for active client accounts across LatAm talent pools

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate qualification

Manage the recruitment workflow from sourcing through shortlist and handoff

Maintain candidate pipeline and status tracking

Coordinate with account stakeholders on role requirements and fit

Apply fair, merit-based screening (no protected-characteristic filtering)
Requirements:

Prior recruiting or talent sourcing experience (agency or in-house)

Strong English communication; bilingual Spanish/English a plus

Familiarity with sourcing platforms (Torre, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)

Organized, able to manage multiple concurrent searches/accounts
Nice to have: experience recruiting for BPO/staffing/outsourcing clients; ATS experience (Torre, Greenhouse, Bullhorn).
Location: Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico, or Peru. Remote, full-time.
Compensation: TBD based on experience.
