About The Role We are currently looking for a passionate Recruiter (m/w/d) based in Achern to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting and hiring talented professionals for our technical departments. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and secure top-tier candidates, especially Fach- and Führungskräfte, through proactive sourcing and strategic recruitment initiatives. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop innovative recruitment strategies, manage the entire hiring process from initial contact to contract signing, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout. This role requires a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of the technical landscape to find suitable talent that aligns with our company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a strong passion for talent acquisition and a desire to make a tangible impact. A completed university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, a vocational qualification with additional training in HR, such as a certified Personnel Specialist, is also acceptable. Candidates should have several years of experience in recruiting, ideally within a technical or engineering environment, with proven success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with digital affinity and familiarity with modern HR tools and applicant management systems like Rexx Systems or similar platforms. Willingness to travel for job fairs and visits to our various locations across Germany is also required. A structured, independent work style and motivation to actively drive projects are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process independently, from posting job advertisements to extending offers and handing over new hires to the HR team.
• Create compelling job postings and publish them on relevant channels to attract suitable candidates.
• Engage in active sourcing, particularly via LinkedIn, to identify and approach potential candidates.
• Conduct interviews through phone, digital, or face-to-face meetings, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and advise on recruitment strategies, including sourcing hard-to-reach talent.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing channels and recruitment techniques to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve overall hiring effectiveness.
• Contribute to the development of our employer brand by participating in career fairs and employer branding activities.
• Design and execute initiatives for talent attraction and employee retention.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team on social media campaigns and employer branding projects.
