About The Role We are seeking a passionate and proactive Recruiter (m/w/d) to join our team in Achern. In this vital role, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for our technical and leadership positions. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing innovative recruiting strategies to identify suitable candidates, particularly within specialized technical domains. You will work closely with our management team to understand staffing needs, craft compelling job advertisements, and utilize various channels—including digital platforms like LinkedIn—to source potential candidates. From initial contact through to contract signing, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Your role is crucial in building a talented workforce that supports our growth and maintains our reputation as a secure and innovative company.

Qualifications We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong drive to succeed and a passion for talent acquisition. Candidates should possess a completed university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field. Alternatively, a vocational qualification with further training in HR, such as a certified HR specialist, will also be considered. Relevant professional experience in recruiting, especially within technical sectors, is essential, along with a proven track record of independently managing full-cycle recruitment processes. Excellent communication skills, confidence in candidate engagement, and a high degree of digital literacy—including familiarity with HR systems like Rexx Systems—are required. Additionally, willingness to travel for job fairs and employer branding activities across Germany is expected. A structured, autonomous work style combined with enthusiasm for continuous improvement will help you succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance, including onboarding coordination with HR.
• Create, publish, and promote job advertisements across relevant channels to attract qualified candidates.
• Engage in active sourcing techniques, leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn to identify and approach potential candidates.
• Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, advise on selection processes, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Innovate by developing new sourcing channels and employing creative search techniques to access hard-to-reach talent pools.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate process efficiency, identify trends, and implement continuous improvements.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, participate in career fairs, and enhance our presence in the talent market.
• Design and implement initiatives for talent attraction and employee retention, supporting our long-term staffing goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on social media campaigns and employer branding activities to strengthen our employer value proposition.
