Recruiting directly supports the company's ability to staff and execute active construction projects. This is a field-focused recruiting position where you will build relationships with candidates, superintendents, project managers, trade schools, workforce organizations, and community partners. You will manage the recruiting lifecycle from sourcing and screening through pre-employment coordination and onboarding support, working closely with construction leadership to understand upcoming manpower needs.
