2. About the Opportunity:

The Recruiter 1 role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for contractor positions. This position ensures that recruitment processes are executed effectively, contributing to the organization''s ability to meet customer satisfaction objectives by fully staffing all assigned accounts. The role involves close coordination with internal teams and requires communication of recruitment progress and market conditions to management.

3. Responsibilities:

• Administer defined external and internal recruitment processes

• Develop and manage relationships with Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment colleagues

• Provide recruitment updates and inform management of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment

• Execute recruitment strategies including advertising, job fairs, and remote recruitment techniques

• Maintain recruitment materials and keep management informed of recruitment progress and issues

• Meet customer satisfaction objectives by fully recruiting assigned accounts

• Perform additional duties as assigned

4. Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum of 2 years full life-cycle recruiting experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook at an intermediate level

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing conditions

• Demonstrated customer service skills

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salaried position

• Pay range: 52,000 to 58,000

• May be eligible for annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plans based on level and type
