Job Summary: Will be responsible for issuing visitor passes and assisting visitors. Work is performed independently by a person with this classification and is evaluated by observation and conferences.

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED. Experience working with the general public.
- Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
