Receptionist

About This Role

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for the company, creating a welcoming environment for visitors and providing exceptional customer service. This role supports daily administrative operations and is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, multitasking, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while serving as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and staff
• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls and messages professionally and efficiently
• Perform high-volume data entry, maintaining accurate records, files, and administrative documentation
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking information, updating spreadsheets, and basic reporting
• Assist with general office administration, including filing, scanning, scheduling, and document preparation
• Support basic accounting functions such as invoice entry, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciling information as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Experience working in an office environment

Nice to have:

• Previous front desk or administrative experience with strong Excel skills and exposure to basic accounting or bookkeeping
