The position also keeps the production manager informed about products that must be utilized by expiration date or quality loss and assists in weekly inventory. They are also responsible for order verification upon delivery to the unit. Will assist in tray delivery in emergency situations. Education And CredentialsHigh School Diploma or equivalent. One-year experience in food service institutional setting preferred. Experience in inventory practices and procedures preferred. Experience Working ConditionsEssential:
