About This Role
This sales role involves proposing ideal homes to customers looking for a place to live, focusing on inbound inquiries from web and real estate sites. It suits individuals who enjoy interacting with people and want their efforts directly reflected in their income through incentives and allowances.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries and conduct interviews to understand customer preferences
- Search for and introduce properties that match customer conditions
- Accompany customers on property viewings and provide on-site guidance
- Support customers from application procedures through to contract signing
Requirements
- Enjoys talking to people
- Wants to be fairly evaluated for their efforts
- No academic background or prior experience required
- No real estate knowledge, real estate license, or driver's license required
- Wants to work long-term as a permanent employee
- Does not want to compromise on both income and private life

Important Details
- Schedule: 10:00 to 19:00 (60-minute break), shift system
- Average monthly overtime: 20 hours or less (outside of peak season, December to April)
- Days off: 2 days per week (Wednesday fixed + 2-3 shift days per month / 7-8 days off per month)
- Option to choose a complete 2-day off per week system (110 annual holidays)
- Consecutive holidays: 5 days or more possible
- New Year holidays: 5-6 consecutive days
