About This Role
This real estate sales position focuses on proposing land utilization plans to landowners. With comprehensive training and a manager always present during negotiations, this role is ideal for those new to sales who aim for high income.
Responsibilities
- Visit landowners to schedule business meetings
- Conduct negotiations and proposals; a manager will always accompany you for specialized proposals and contract procedures
- Secure contracts, earning up to 2.25 million yen in incentive per contract
Requirements
- Must be 35 years old or younger (to ensure long-term career development)
- Possess a valid ordinary driver's license (automatic transmission allowed)
- High school graduate

Important Details
- Schedule: 9:00-18:00, 8 hours of actual work per day
- Holidays: 120+ days per year
- Work format: No transfers or business trips; work in your desired region
- Leave: Fully two days off per week, Golden Week holiday (5-7 consecutive days), Summer holiday (7-9 consecutive days), New Year's holiday (8-10 consecutive days), Paid leave (10 days granted after 6 months of employment, over 90% utilization rate), Condolence leave, Maternity/paternity leave (pre- and post-natal, childcare leave)
