Real Estate Resale Agent

About This Role

Reselling residential properties in Abu Dhabi is the main focus of this agent role, working with both property owners and prospective buyers. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the secondary property market.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in the resale of residential properties, including apartments, villas, townhouses, and other investment properties across Abu Dhabi
• Build and maintain a strong portfolio of property listings through direct prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationships with property owners
• Identify potential buyers and investors and match them with suitable resale opportunities
• Conduct property valuations, market comparisons, and pricing assessments to advise sellers on competitive asking prices
• Arrange property viewings, client meetings, and negotiations between buyers and sellers
• Manage the full resale transaction cycle, from listing acquisition and lead generation to offer negotiation and deal completion
• Provide clients with accurate information on market trends, property values, demand, and investment potential
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, buyers, investors, and other real estate professionals
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate documentation, transaction requirements, and property transfers
• Maintain accurate property listings, client records, and sales pipelines in the company's CRM system
• Consistently achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business growth
• Ensure transactions comply with applicable Abu Dhabi real estate regulations and company procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate resale, secondary-market sales, or property brokerage is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's residential property market and resale procedures
• Demonstrated ability to source property listings, generate buyer leads, negotiate offers, and close transactions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and client relationship management skills
• Strong understanding of property pricing, comparable market values, and investment considerations
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong commercial mindset
• Ability to manage multiple listings and client transactions in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English

• Arabic and other languages
• Familiarity with property portals, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools
• A valid UAE driving licence
• Relevant Abu Dhabi real estate registration or licensing, where applicable
