About the role
Real Estate Paralegal
Pay: $50K-$65K
Location: Florence, SC
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional with experience supporting commercial real estate closings and title insurance .
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative and paralegal support to the real estate team
- Assist with commercial real estate closing processes
- Open and maintain client and transaction files
- Prepare and manage electronic closing notebooks
- Assist with billing and related administrative functions
- Coordinate and maintain accurate documentation throughout the closing process
- Provide general support to attorneys and the real estate team as needed
- Perform other duties to help ensure smooth and efficient real estate operations
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Previous experience with commercial real estate closings and title insurance
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple files, deadlines, and priorities
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach
- SoftPro experience preferred , but training is available for the right candidate
