Working with the Growth team, the Real Estate Manager identifies, assesses, and secures high-potential retail locations across Canada. This role helps franchise partners find suitable sites for long-term success by combining market research, industry relationships, and lease negotiation expertise to move opportunities from site identification through to signed leases. You will collaborate closely with franchisees, regional leaders, and internal teams to prepare site recommendations and support new bakery openings.
