Real Estate Data Consultant

About This Role

This role involves capturing real estate information within a defined scope to provide market players with in-depth knowledge and optimal decision-making conditions. You will also help marketers and investors maximize the visibility of their property listings on the LoopNet platform. Success in this position requires obtaining and maintaining high-quality data while providing exemplary customer support.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to enriching a comprehensive real estate database
• Conduct calls with marketers, developers, investors, and other real estate stakeholders to gather property and transaction information
• Investigate new property listings, recent sales and lease transactions, buildings, and ongoing operations within a specific territory
• Encourage clients to use CoStar products optimally and innovatively
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and market contacts
• Act as the first point of contact for new clients and assist with product and tool adoption
• Partner with all clients and prospects to help them position and market their properties on the CoStar platform based on market and target audience
• Collaborate with CoStar sales teams to respond to client requests
• Provide high-quality service to all clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience in a customer service or research environment
• Good communication skills, with an ability to interact with stakeholders across various functions
• Demonstrated interest in the real estate and data sectors
• Experience and proficiency in Excel, including the ability to manipulate data and use basic formulas
• Professional level English
• Curiosity, perseverance, and ability to conduct in-depth investigations
• Results-oriented, competitive, and driven by success
• Training takes place in the United States, so all candidates must ensure they are eligible to travel to the United States according to our training dates
