Responsibilities

• Acquire and sell real estate properties
• Evaluate properties and create presentations
• Manage client relationships throughout the entire negotiation process
• Conduct marketing activities and implement sales strategies

Requirements

• Experience in sales, particularly in the real estate sector
• Entrepreneurial attitude in mindset and work style
• Preparation and/or predisposition for commercial relations and good team working skills
• Professionalism and ability to build relationships
• Registration in the Register of Real Estate Agents or willingness to obtain the qualification
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English languages
• Knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage high-level international clientele
