Real Estate Consultant

About This Role

Working as a Real Estate Consultant involves helping clients find suitable property opportunities, offering market insights, and guiding buyers and investors through the entire real estate transaction process. This position is ideal for a customer-focused individual with strong sales and communication skills who is passionate about property investment and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and other business development activities
• Promote off-plan and ready properties based on clients' needs, budgets, and investment objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international buyers, investors, landlords, and developers
• Provide accurate information about property prices, payment plans, locations, market trends, and investment opportunities
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, client meetings, and investment consultations
• Negotiate offers and coordinate with relevant parties to facilitate successful transactions
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Monitor Abu Dhabi's real estate market, new project launches, and property investment trends
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the company's CRM system
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth
• Ensure compliance with applicable UAE real estate regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate, property sales, consultancy, or a related sales role is preferred
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market is an advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable property solutions
• Self-motivated, professional, and target-oriented
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
• Relevant Abu Dhabi real estate licensing or registration, where applicable, is an advantage
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred
