Responsibilities
- Create and execute growth strategies to increase market share in Bridgeville.
- Cultivate and sustain strong client and partner relationships.
- Analyze market trends to uncover new opportunities.
- Work with marketing and sales to develop client-focused campaigns.
- Oversee client acquisition for a smooth experience.
- Track and report on key performance metrics.
- Keep current with industry trends and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market in the Pittsburgh Area
- Hungry to grow their real estate business and career
- Proficiency with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Team Player
- Valid real estate license preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Sales experience in any industry a PLUS
Compensation $44,000 - $87,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
