Real Estate Broker - Spanish Speaker

About This Role

This role involves advising Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clients on property opportunities in Abu Dhabi, building a client portfolio, promoting properties, and guiding clients through the buying process. It suits a motivated, bilingual real estate broker who is fluent in Spanish and English and passionate about real estate and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan and ready properties across Abu Dhabi
• Build and maintain relationships with Spanish-speaking clients, international investors, and prospective property buyers
• Communicate effectively in Spanish and English throughout the property sales process
• Understand clients' budgets, investment objectives, preferred locations, and property requirements
• Recommend suitable properties based on client needs, project specifications, payment plans, and current market information
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, digital channels, and consistent lead follow-ups
• Conduct client consultations, property presentations, meetings, and property viewings where applicable
• Explain property features, payment structures, ownership procedures, and transaction requirements clearly to Spanish-speaking clients
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market, developers, new project launches, and investment opportunities
• Negotiate sales professionally and support clients throughout reservations, documentation, and transaction completion
• Develop long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Maintain accurate client records, follow-up activities, and sales pipelines using the company's CRM system
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team's overall performance
• Ensure all activities comply with applicable UAE real estate regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required
• Previous experience in real estate brokerage, property sales, or a related sales role is preferred
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market and off-plan developments is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with international clients
• A proactive, commercially minded, and target-driven approach
• Ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and convert prospects into clients

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate listing platforms
• A valid UAE driving license
• Relevant UAE real estate registration or licensing, where applicable
