Working with clients to buy, sell, and rent properties in the South Zone of São Paulo is the main focus of this real estate broker role. It involves finding new clients and properties, showcasing them, and closing deals, while keeping up with market trends.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients and properties in the South Zone of São Paulo
• Present properties to clients, highlighting their differentials and benefits
• Negotiate proposals and close purchase, sale, and rental contracts
• Provide consulting and support to clients throughout the entire process
• Stay updated on the real estate market and regional trends

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Active CRECI license
• Previous experience in sales or the real estate market
• Knowledge of the South Zone of São Paulo region
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Proactivity and results orientation
• Good organization and time management
• Basic knowledge of computer skills and CRM tools (desirable)
