🚨 HIRING: Transactional Real Estate Attorneys | NYC
We are currently seeking 2 Transactional Real Estate Attorneys to join a highly regarded NYC boutique real estate law firm known for its strong culture, long-tenured attorneys, and excellent work-life balance.
What they’re looking for:
• NY Bar admission
• 2–5 years of transactional real estate experience
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and/or financing
• Big Law experience is a plus
The opportunity:
📍 NYC — 4 days/week in office (560 Lexington Ave)
💰 $180K–$250K base + year-end bonus + profit sharing
📈 Equity Partner track
⚖️ 1,800 billable hours
The most recent hires started at $200K , and this is a great opportunity for an attorney looking for long-term partnership potential within a well-established boutique.
