Real Estate Attorney | Palm Beach Gardens, FL A well-established and highly respected law firm in Palm Beach Gardens is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its thriving real estate practice. What You'll Do
- Handle commercial and residential real estate transactions from contract through closing
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and related transactional documents
- Conduct due diligence, title and survey review, and assist with resolving title issues
- Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and general real estate matters
- Work closely with attorneys, lenders, title companies, brokers, and clients throughout each transaction
What We're Looking For
- Active Florida Bar admission
- 5+ years of commercial and/or residential real estate transactional experience
- Strong experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and lease drafting/negotiation
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented attorney seeking a long-term opportunity
