Responsibilities We’re looking for experienced, driven real estate professionals who are ready for the next chapter in their careers—one with more structure, more support, and smarter growth. This role is ideal for agents who take pride in their work, value long-term client relationships, and want to grow their business without going it alone.

What You’ll Do

• Guide clients through every stage of the buying or selling process with care, confidence, and professionalism.
• Provide market knowledge and insight—helping clients understand the numbers and make informed decisions.
• Host open houses, schedule showings, and manage transactions with the support of our in-house operations team.
• Sharpen your negotiation skills to protect your clients’ interests and deliver outstanding results.
• Nurture your network and build your pipeline through meaningful relationships and consistent follow-up.
• Stay informed and ahead of the curve, keeping up with market shifts, contract updates, and industry changes.

Qualifications What We’re Looking For

• A current real estate license in Oregon and/or Washington
• A background in sales, client service, or business development—real estate experience is great, but drive and people skills matter most.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a focus on building trust and delivering results.
• A self-starter mindset, paired with the desire for structure, mentorship, and consistent growth.
• The ability to work independently while thriving in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
• Confidence with technology—comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and online marketing platforms.

Compensation $85,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
