What You'll Do Show homes for buyers and other agents on the team Work with buyers from initial consultation through closing Prospect and follow up with potential clients Build your own buyer and listing pipeline Attend inspections, walkthroughs, and client appointments Participate in team training and accountability Compensation
Showing Opportunities: $30/hour + applicable closing bonuses on an as needed basis
Buyer Listing Transactions: Commission-based
