Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop your property portfolio
• Research new properties for sale
• Evaluate properties based on market conditions
• Provide personalized support to sellers and buyers
• Commercialize properties
• Write and distribute attractive advertisements
• Organize visits with potential buyers
• Implement an effective communication and marketing strategy
• Advise sellers and buyers at each stage
• Negotiate offers to reach an agreement
