About This Role

This role is for an experienced Real Estate Agent who has exhausted their personal network for leads and is ready to transition to a system that provides qualified leads from online buyer and seller behavior. You will focus on converting these leads and closing deals with the backing of a recognized brand and a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads from the provided platform into closed deals
• Manage a pipeline of actively researching buyers and sellers
• Utilize automated follow-up systems to maintain client relationships
• Focus on closing transactions rather than prospecting

Requirements

• Active Texas Real Estate License
• 3+ closed real estate transactions
• Ready to commit to full-time or near-full-time production
• Coachable and willing to work a proven lead conversion system
• Comfortable with CRM technology and pipeline management
• Goal-driven and motivated by production numbers

• Schedule: Self-determined, Monday–Friday + Weekend availability, flexible

Application Process

• Ongoing coaching through a national virtual platform
• Weekly accountability calls with Mandie focusing on pipeline, conversion rate, and specific deals
