About This Role

Representing clients in buying and selling homes is the core of this role, where you will leverage the company's platform and customer base to maximize earnings. This opportunity suits a motivated real estate agent focused on client success and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Get 100 new customers each year from Redfin
• Help clients already in your sphere or book of business
• Manage deals and stay in touch with your pipeline using proprietary CRM technology
• Receive support from a dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and a team of showing agents
• Benefit from an inside sales team that qualifies opportunities and books them directly on your calendar
• Lead clients through the home buying and selling process
• Win clients over, close deals, and earn referral business

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted real estate license
• Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
• Provide and maintain proof of current auto insurance with minimum limits of 100/300/50 throughout employment
• Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related real estate experience including prior experience with Redfin in a real estate capacity
• Proven track record of winning clients over, closing deals, and earning referral business
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
