Responsibilities

• Acquire and broker properties for sale or rent
• Evaluate properties and create professional exposés
• Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies
• Conduct viewings and guide purchasing decisions
• Provide comprehensive customer support from initial contact to closing

Requirements

• Sales experience or background in the real estate industry
• Alternatively: completed vocational training or degree with clear sales affinity
• Strong communication, acquisition, and closing skills
• Self-initiative, independent thinking, and action
• High performance orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people
