R&D Packaging Analyst (Food Packaging) for a 1-year contract role based at BTS Phrom Phong. The role involves leading low- to medium-complexity packaging projects, managing packaging specifications and systems, and coordinating artwork and DMO approval processes across Thailand, Indonesia, and Asia Foods portfolios.
Key responsibilities
- Lead low- to medium-complexity packaging projects, including new pack sizes, carton development, promotional packaging, and business continuity initiatives
- Coordinate packaging activities and deliverables across cross-functional teams to meet project timelines
- Lead packaging trial execution, sample management, documentation, and project reporting
- Support packaging quality investigations and implementation of corrective actions as required
- Create, maintain, and update packaging specifications, technical drawings, test methods, and DMO documentation for Thailand, Indonesia, and Asia Foods portfolios
- Ensure packaging documentation is accurate, compliant, and maintained in relevant systems according to PepsiCo standards and timelines
- Support CAST workflows, packaging material changes, and specification updates related to innovation, productivity, supplier changes, and business continuity projects
- Maintain data integrity, version control, and compliance through regular data verification and system checks
- Coordinate artwork development and DMO approval processes across Thailand, Indonesia, and Asia Foods projects
- Collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Procurement, and external suppliers to ensure timely artwork execution and approvals
