My name is Jahera, and I’m reaching out from Intellectt Inc. regarding an R&D Lab Technician contract opportunity in Minnesota (Onsite) with one of our leading clients.
Job Description:
- Perform hands-on laboratory testing and execute experimental studies.
- Prepare test samples, set up experiments, and operate laboratory equipment.
- Collect, document, and analyze experimental data with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support device characterization, verification testing, and process development activities.
- Prepare technical reports, study plans, and laboratory documentation.
- Follow established procedures, SOPs, and quality requirements.
- Maintain laboratory organization and equipment readiness.
- Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and technicians on product development projects.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data organization and basic data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related technical field, or 1–4 years of relevant laboratory, R&D, testing, or manufacturing experience.
- Experience in medical device, biotechnology, laboratory, or manufacturing environments.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
