Responsibilities:
- To lead a team of sputter Engineering Assistants to conduct daily sputtering work
- Develop new multilayers thin film structures for new hard disk media programs
- Duplicate hard disk media structure based on design transferred
- Monitor sputter process and machine stability
- Ensure compliance to ISO quality and Safety standards
Requirements:
- Masters/PhD in Material Sciences/Engineering or a related field
- 2-3 years of working experience in similar field would be of advantage
- Candidates with more years of relevant experience will be considered for a senior role
