In this role, you will support clients receiving post-operative care inside local rehabilitation centers and/or their home. Rapid Response Team members enjoy higher hourly pay rates and receive first-priority status for all upcoming scheduling assignments.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to urgent short-notice care requests at local rehab centers.
- Provide compassionate post-operative assistance (ambulation support, transfer assistance, personal care, and emotional comfort).
- Coordinate closely with rehab center staff and family members to ensure smooth care transitions.
- Maintain detailed, accurate notes regarding client well-being and mobility status.
Position Requirements
Experience**: Minimum 1–2 years of caregiving experience; post-op or rehab facility experience strongly preferred (CNA or HHA a plus).**
Reliability**: Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, active auto insurance, and the ability to travel quickly across Santa Clara / San Jose.**
Flexibility**: Willingness to accept 2 to 4 hour rapid-response shifts on short notice.**
Certifications**: CPR/First Aid certification and active registration on the California Home Care Aide (HCA) registry (or willingness to complete before start).**
