Position: MSK Teleradiologist (Locum Tenens)
Location: 100% Remote
Pay Rate: $350 – $450 / hour
Schedule: 1 Week Per Month | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Flexible on week selection)
Assignment Duration: Ongoing (6–12 months)
About the Role
We are seeking a fellowship-trained or highly experienced MSK Teleradiologist to provide dedicated emergency department and inpatient musculoskeletal coverage for one week per month.
In this role, you will deliver rapid, decisive diagnostic turnaround times for acute musculoskeletal cases across a dynamic health system. This coverage is open to support the department following a recent team retirement.

Responsibilities & Expectations
- Provide rapid, definitive turnaround times for acute MSK emergencies and inpatient studies during coverage windows.
- Comfortably maintain a high-volume capacity with an anticipated target of 60–90 wRVUs per shift .
- Utilize health system IT workflows, voice-recognition reporting, and PACS efficiently in a remote setting.
Required Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology (MSK emphasis preferred).
- Active Tennessee medical license strongly preferred (IMLC state license considered).
- Comfortable with high-volume acute MSK case queues and time-sensitive clinical workflow.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven track record of hitting 60–90 wRVU daily targets consistently.
- High proficiency with remote reading platforms, specifically Epic and McKesson.
- Expertise in delivering rapid turnaround times for emergency and inpatient queues.
