Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot radio systems and equipment.
- Manage radio fleet maps, code plugs, inventory, and system documentation.
- Support network connectivity, switches, routers, cabling, and IT-integrated radio systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and outside agencies on radio systems and frequencies.
- Assist with FCC licensing, system upgrades, and statewide implementations.
- Provide technical support and training to department staff.
