As part of our Radiation Therapy department, you¿ll work alongside skilled professionals in a supportive environment, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment like Linear Accelerators and Computed Tomography to deliver exceptional patient care.

Role Overview

As a Radiation Therapist-Student, you¿ll play a vital role in administering radiation treatments to patients under the direct supervision of registered Radiation Therapists. This position supports both patients and healthcare teams by ensuring precise and compassionate care, contributing to improved health outcomes and quality of life.

What You Will Do

  • Administer radiation treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians.
  • Operate specialized equipment, including Linear Accelerators and Computed Tomography.
  • Work under the direct supervision of registered Radiation Therapists to ensure safe and effective treatment delivery.
  • Contribute to a compassionate and supportive patient care environment.

Qualifications

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Enrolled in a two-year college or technical school degree program in Radiation Therapy.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
