Job Description Role: Radiation Therapy Technologist responsible for administering radiation treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

Review patient history, physician orders, and treatment plans; educate patients on procedures and monitor their condition.

Collaborate with healthcare team to determine and deliver precise radiation therapy, including advanced CT simulations and complex treatments such as SBRT, SRS, and Brachytherapy.

Position patients, perform imaging, analyze image quality, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure safety standards are maintained.

Prepare and operate linear accelerators, select appropriate parameters, and perform quality control and equipment troubleshooting.

Work independently in a fast-paced environment, applying critical thinking and decisive judgment.

Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Technologist program.

Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT(T)).

Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross, valid through sixty days of employment.
