R1 – Avaloq Technical Lead / Release Manager
Mandatory skills and qualifications
- Hands-on Avaloq Core Platform expertise.
- Avaloq Certified Professional (ACP) certification – mandatory. ACP certification is used as the qualifier for code-review authority under this SOW.
- Strong Avaloq Script (APL) and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Proven release management via Avaloq ICE Workbench / ADAI.
- End-to-end UAT and production go-live experience.
- Sound understanding of the Avaloq data model.
Responsibilities
- Act as Release Manager; end-to-end release planning across DEV → SIT → UAT → PROD.
- Perform code reviews in an ACP-certified capacity.
- Independently validate implementation activities delivered by Avaloq (the vendor), providing an independent QA lens on vendor code.
- Support UAT cycles and hypercare.
- Train UnionBank’s existing partially trained resource, plus any new internal joiners.
- Handle client escalations, manage stakeholder communications, and represent Wipro’s delivery voice at UnionBank. This is a client-facing role.
