Job Description / Responsibility
- Respond to customer queries, comments, and inbox messages on social media platforms in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, appointments, and promotions.
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the relevant department when necessary.
- Maintain professional, empathetic, and consistent communication with customers.
- Track common customer concerns and share insights with the Marketing and Operations teams.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred).
- Skills Required: Customer Care, Communication
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Healthcare Startup
Additional Requirements
- Excellent written communication skills in both Bangla and English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
