About the role
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation of tenders and projects.
- Prepare for tender submission and follow-up with Tender Questionnaires reply and Interview.
- Sourcing, evaluate and negotiation with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner.
- Attend site and Consultant/ Technical meetings
- Other QS duties as assigned from time to time
Role Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveyor / Architectural, Building Construction, Interior Design or equivalent
