Quantity Surveyor Civil

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor Civil role based in Islamabad. The Quantity Surveyor Civil will prepare, review, and validate BOQs for civil works, ensuring accurate quantification aligned with drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in BOQ preparation and BOQ validation, ensuring accurate quantity take-offs and alignment with drawings and specifications.
• Relevant academic qualification in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• Having 4 to 5 years experience.
• Experience in civil construction projects, preferably within consultancy or contractor environments.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and MS Excel skills; familiarity with quantity surveying and project controls software is an advantage.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary project teams.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines on site.
