Role & responsibilities

Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and detailed cost estimates for civil and structural projects.
Conduct rate analysis, costing, and budget estimation.
Verify contractor measurements, bills, and work quantities.
Manage variations, deviations, claims, and change orders.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and cost commitments.
Support tendering, quotation evaluation, and commercial negotiations.
Review civil and structural drawings for quantity and scope accuracy.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
Prepare project cost MIS, reports, and cost tracking statements.
Ensure effective cost control and commercial compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
