Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to handle quantity take-offs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, billing, and cost control for construction projects in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for civil, structural & finishing works
• Conduct rate analysis and prepare detailed cost estimates
• Prepare client/subcontractor bills and verify invoices
• Monitor project costs, support budgeting, and track material consumption
• Assist in tendering, bid evaluation, and procurement
• Prepare measurement sheets, variation claims, and final accounts
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, architects, and consultants

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Quantity Surveying Certificate / Diploma from NICMAR, BHADANIS QS Institute, RICS or equivalent (mandatory preference)
• 2–8 years of experience in quantity surveying, estimation, or billing
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD; QS/estimation software knowledge is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of IS Codes, measurement standards, and construction practices

Preferred

• Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of contracts, tendering, and cost management
