Quality Systems Manager

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Quality Systems Specialist with expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Executive Management Reviews to support quarterly management review activities in a regulated life sciences environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Veeva QMS, executive-level reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile and analyze data for Quarterly Executive Management Reviews.
• Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations with input from global business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global Quality teams to gather, review, and finalize deliverables.
• Review Quality System reports and dashboards in Veeva QMS to support executive reporting and presentations.
• Provide support for Quality Management System processes, including:
  • Deviations
  • CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
  • Change Control
  • Document Control
• Coordinate and manage deliverables from cross-functional contributors to ensure timely completion.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Systems and Management Review activities.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva QMS and associated reporting dashboards.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Document Control processes.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other highly regulated industries.
