We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Process Control Specialist to join our team in Lodi Vecchio, Italy related to Printing Blanket market. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality standards throughout our manufacturing processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality benchmarks.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures

  • Conduct statistical process control (SPC) analyses to identify areas for improvement

  • Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and implement corrective actions

  • Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and potential problems

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes

  • Ensure compliance with industry-specific quality standards and regulations

  • Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders

  • Train and mentor team members on quality control techniques and best practices

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects

  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections throughout the production process

  • Preferably Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field

  • Knowledge about Rubber or previous experience in Rubber field industry is considered a plus

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in quality control or related field within a manufacturing environment

  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills

  • Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies

  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles

  • Proficiency in quality control software and tools

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

  • Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards and regulations
