This Quality Manager role is a key member of the Avery Creek Plant Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager. This leader is responsible for driving plant-wide quality performance, achieving quality objectives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The role will lead the deployment of Eaton Business System (EBS) quality tools and initiatives, including EQMS, to support and achieve plant goals. This position is accountable for ensuring customer satisfaction through the effective execution of the Quality Management System and overall quality strategy.
