Title: Quality Engineer
Location: Clinton, SC 29325

We are seeking a Quality Engineer II to drive quality improvements, lead corrective and preventive action initiatives, ensure compliance with quality system requirements, and help deliver products that consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement efforts to reduce defects and improve product quality.
- Ensure compliance with Quality System Regulations, ISO standards, and customer requirements across manufacturing operations.
- Partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive operational excellence.
- Utilize quality engineering tools including FMEA, SPC, MSA, and Process Capability Analysis to monitor and improve manufacturing processes.
- Support customer complaint resolution, quality audits, product validations, and quality planning activities for new and existing products
What You Need for This Position
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline, with 2+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a manufacturing-focused quality role
- Experience conducting root cause investigations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and applying risk management methodologies to resolve quality issues
- Working knowledge of quality engineering tools and statistical methods, including FMEA, SPC, MSA, Process Capability Analysis, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies
- Ability to read engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and GD&T, with experience supporting product and process development in a manufacturing environment
- Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, CQE, CQA, Lead Auditor, SAP, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks experience preferred
